Your AI agent, built on Vertex AI, Copilot Studio, or Gemini
You already pay for Google Cloud or Microsoft 365: we handle Vertex AI agent development, or build on Copilot Studio and Gemini, inside that environment. Your team finds the agent where they already work, with no new platform to learn.
The problem: a platform you already pay for, no agent yet
Many companies already pay for a full Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 license, with AI capabilities included or optional. For lack of time or in-house skills, those capabilities often go unused.
Some teams test consumer AI tools on the side instead, disconnected from the company's own documents (Drive, SharePoint, Teams). Information stays scattered, and the license you already pay for delivers no more value than before.
- A cloud platform already chosen and already billed
- AI capabilities available, but not configured or connected to your documents
- Parallel AI tools, outside your secure environment
If you are just starting to think this through, our AI consulting work helps you identify the priority use cases before you commit to a platform.
What we build on your platform
We design, integrate, and maintain your company's AI agent directly on the cloud platform you already use. Three use cases come up most often with our clients:
- An internal or customer support agent, grounded in your company documents
- A business agent connected to your tools - CRM, ERP, ticketing - through connectors and APIs
- An assistant for your team, available directly in Teams or Google Chat
In all three cases, the agent works from your documents, your procedures, and your data, never from a generic knowledge base.
Google Cloud: Vertex AI agent development and Gemini
On Google Cloud, we handle Vertex AI agent development, Google's platform for building AI projects. The agent runs on Gemini models, grounded where useful in Gemini Enterprise, and retrieves information directly from your Google Drive documents and your Google Workspace spaces.
Your team reaches it through Google Chat, without switching tools to ask a question. We configure the connectors, the access rules, and the agent's behavior based on your use cases.
Microsoft: Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
On the Microsoft side, we build your agent with Copilot Studio, Microsoft's tool for creating business conversational agents, complemented where needed by Azure AI Foundry for more advanced scenarios. The agent can be grounded in your SharePoint content and integrated with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
It is then made available in Teams or Outlook, where your staff already works. As with Google Cloud, we configure the connectors, the permissions, and the scope of data the agent can access.
Cloud platform or open source stack: how to choose
There are two ways to build an enterprise AI agent: the cloud platform you already pay for, or an open stack deployed at your site or in the cloud. Neither is inherently better: the right choice depends on your context.
- Licenses you already hold: if you already pay for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, a cloud platform agent puts that investment to work with no extra tool.
- Data residency: both approaches can keep data in European regions; an open stack additionally allows a deployment fully on your own infrastructure.
- In-house skills: a cloud platform builds on tools your IT team already knows; an open stack calls for more technical autonomy, or our ongoing support.
- Budget: a cloud platform agent adds to an existing subscription; an open stack means dedicated infrastructure, in the cloud or on your own servers.
- Fully local mode: only an open stack, like the one behind our enterprise AI agents, can run with no external API calls at all.
We help you decide from the first consultation, with no bias toward one technology.
Your data stays in your tenant
With a cloud platform AI agent, your data stays in your own tenant or cloud project, never in an environment shared with other customers. European regions are available depending on the platform you choose.
Access to the agent and its connectors is managed through IAM (identity and access management), with logging of the actions taken. You keep control over who can query the agent, and over which documents.
This approach follows our security and compliance practices, the same ones we apply across every project.
Under the hood
A MarketerZ cloud platform AI agent is built from the following building blocks:
- Google Cloud orchestration: Vertex AI, running on Gemini models and, for some projects, Gemini Enterprise
- Microsoft orchestration: Copilot Studio, complemented by Azure AI Foundry for advanced scenarios
- Document grounding: connectors to Google Drive and Workspace, or to SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Team access: integration in Google Chat, Teams, or Outlook
- Access management: IAM, with logging of the agent's actions
- Business integrations: connectors and APIs to your CRM, ERP, or ticketing tool
We choose the building blocks that fit your platform, with no unnecessary options.
Our method for a platform project
Our method stays the same as for our other projects, adapted to a platform already in place:
- Free consultation and audit of your existing environment
- Agent design and prototype, grounded in an initial set of documents
- Integration into your channels - Teams, Google Chat, your business tools - followed by testing
- Follow-up, reporting, and improvements, with monthly maintenance

Frequently asked questions
Yes. This service is for companies that already use Google Cloud or Microsoft 365. We build your agent directly inside that environment, without changing your existing infrastructure.
A cloud platform agent builds on the Google or Microsoft tools you already pay for. Our enterprise AI agent offering uses an open stack, deployable at your site or in the cloud. The choice mostly comes down to your licenses, your in-house skills, and your data.
Your data stays in your own tenant or cloud project, at Google or Microsoft, never in a shared environment. European regions are available depending on the platform you choose.
